803 Scoon Road, Sunnyside, WA 98944, 115kW (2 meters)

The owner, Hank Stamschror considered eliminating their energy bill for their shop in Sunnyside, WA. This location includes three buildings/offices used for construction equipment storage, a welding shop, and office spaces. In addition to the Sunnyside location, the owner constructed a new warehouse and storage building in Granger, WA, which has optimal southern exposure. Both locations feature buildings with metal roofs suitable for solar installations.

At the Sunnyside location, over 450 solar modules were installed across the three buildings and connected to six Fronius Symo inverters equipped with an integrated monitoring system. This system is projected to generate over 90% of the current energy requirements and will be paid off in approximately six years.

500 Stover Rd, Grandview, WA 98930 100kW

The newly constructed Grandview building is designed for future storage needs. It has over 400 solar modules on its metal roof, connected to six 12.5kW Fronius Symo inverters. The system is expected to produce 50% more energy than currently used, but usage may increase as the building becomes the main storage site. Excess energy can be aggregated to other locations under the same utility account and ownership. It is projected to be paid off in about six years.
