Solora solar team installed an 11.8 kw system on our roof in Richland. They are very experienced and professional. We are happy with the work that they did and the equipment that was installed. It's been about a year and a half and the system is humming along without any problems. We have now produced over 26 megawatts of power. Solora Solar was an excellent company to work with. They provided a very detailed report for us, itemizing our costs, the financial benefits, the energy savings, as well as a shading analysis. Project was completed in the time frame initially described. There were no unexpected expenses.

Installation went smoothly as well as coordinating for applicable permits (including when we requested two additional panels late in the process). I Purchased a 12kW system in Eastern Washington. It has been up and running for about 3 weeks now. I am very happy with the experience I had with Solora Solar. My questions were always answered quickly, I had a preexisting issue with my main breaker which was resolved at no cost to me, the installation was done quickly and professionally. Actual solar installation took 2-3 days, had to wait on inspectors and power company etc. The cost of the system is easily justified based on the incentives and current production in March. Very competitive with other quotes I got. I have recommended this company to my own parents.

In March 2016, we installed a solar system on our residence in Richland, WA. After careful research and communicating with a few installers, we chose Solora Solar of Yakima. They were absolutely professional throughout the process of providing information, answering questions, helping with the selection of our system, handling the permit process, the installation, and subsequent followups. Unlike a couple of other vendors who were more interested in completing a sale as quickly as possible, (and in at least one case even provided incorrect information with additional (unnecessary) equipment), Mr. M****** was completely upfront and very clear about what his company was selling and the process that was involved. From the start, Syed was very knowledgeable. He didn’t try to push something on you that you won’t need. His price was also closer to the low bid. BREA said solar should run around $2.50 and Syed was right there. Very comfortable to work with  Solora. I am using them for battery install in the future and would definitely recommend them for any solar install.

I feel that Solora Solar did a very good job for me. The weather in January is not always great for doing work installing things on a metal roof, but they did a good job of doing the inside and on the ground work when the weather was wet and then taking advantage of the nice days to take care of the on-roof work,. People always wore masks when they worked inside, which I appreciated, So far, in spite of the cloudy weather in February, the system has been producing more KW per day than promised, and I am very happy with it.

Out of 6 companies and bids Solora stood head and shoulders above the rest. Their BBB rating is also the highest possible. Solora was most professional and knowledgeable by far. (2 of the other companies were notably unprofessional - one even refusing to give their bid in writing - the other calling with a whining sob story after being eliminated.) At no point did Solora criticize or adversely comment on any of their competition - even when asked (a couple of other companies did). Solora was also the most honest and while absolutely not skimping on equipment or quality, did not try to push their own agenda or any unnecessary equipment in any way. They did not try to influence us with irrelevant "free gift" offers like some. (One tried to offer a "free" cruise which would eventually of course have cost several times what it's supposed value was.) Everything down to explanation and samples of tax forms, etc. were clear and detailed. Their proposal bid was by far the most thorough (and 12 pages long). Solora's energy efficiency and return on investment calculations and estimates were thorough, detailed and a little more conservative than any of the others (a couple of which were a little too optimistic). (The system is exceeding the estimates.) It was the only one that listed make and model of every piece of equipment. Being an Engineer by profession I asked some difficult questions - they answered immediately and backed up with datasheets and worksheets. Even one of the inspectors commented on their technical knowledge and expertise. The difference between Solora and others was so marked that we had decided they would probably get the job before even receiving their bid. It also turned out to be the best price and best customized to our needs. The work was completed and the system operating a little over three weeks from accepting the bid - less than some wanted just to order equipment. Solar handled everything including permits and inspections and all necessary paperwork prepared and submitted for us, we did not have to lift a finger. They gave us hands on user training and a comprehensive customized owners manual that included all equipment documents, pre-filed warranties and samples of tax and WA State incentive forms already filled out for us. The work was done in two days and was excellent quality. We are extremely pleased with the system, which has exceeded our expectations and performed flawlessly. We would absolutely recommend Solora Solar to anyone considering a solar electric system.

I had been trying for months to get the company that installed my system to correct a problem with one of my inverters that kept shutting down. After getting the run around and being told the problem was in the wiring in my house I called Solora Solar. They stopped by and not only diagnosed the problem was in one of the inverters but called the manufacturer of the inverter and got them to send me a replacement ( it was under warranty }. They did in 20 minutes what I couldn't the other guys to do all summer. They truly earned 5 stars with us.

Solora Solar installed my system in middle of June, 2013. Last June 30th reading was 410. This June 30th reading was 10,706.

I found the Solora Solar team to be very professional and easy to work with. Never having done anything like this before i had many questions and all where answered in a timely manner. It took 7 weeks from start to finish. Including having to wait out several weeks of rain delays. Not surprising given the normal weather in the Seattle in November/December. I can't comment on savings as it has only been winter. I would highly recommend my team.

Well executed rooftop solar panel installation, Some notes to people considering an install. 1. Solar panels make great snow slides and it can come off in bug chunks. We have a short flat extension over the front door and window with a walk in front, last winter that area (despite shoveling off the flat part) came loose all at once and the walk was buried under 1 1/2 ft of snowy slush. Fortunately no one was underneath it, but something to be aware of and plan for. 2. Understand how the rebates work in your State and what the tax liabilities are on rebates or payments. We have a 28 panel install and produced more than 2,000 kwHr over our usage the first year.

We are very pleased with our system, Solora Solar did a great job keeping us informed during the whole process. System is working flawlessly, we can monitor our system performance via Web monitoring system. It's a great tool to see how the system is performing, especially in Winter.
