Analytics and advertising
We use the following services to understand our website traffic and measure our advertising:
- Google Analytics helps us understand how visitors use our site. You can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
- Google Ads conversion tracking tells us when someone who clicked one of our ads goes on to request a quote. To measure this more accurately, we may share your email address and phone number with Google in hashed form — scrambled into a code that can’t be turned back into the original — so Google can match the request to the ad click. Google handles this data under its own policies.
- Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) helps us measure and improve ads we run on Meta platforms.

We keep information from quote requests and inquiries as long as needed to respond and follow up with you. For customers, we keep project records for as long as your system is under warranty or service with us, and as required by law. When we no longer need information, we delete it or make it anonymous.
Your choices and rights
- You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time — just tell us by phone or email, or use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we have about you by contacting us below. We may need to verify your identity first, and we may keep some information when the law requires it.
- Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under applicable law.
How we protect your information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No website or storage system is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Children’s privacy
Our website is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
